    I like that, Swavis :-)

Some old film attempts at mates doing bigger jumps than I can from a couple of years ago, taken with Fuji ISO800 film and a shonky Sigma 28-300mm lens on my old EOS300 (not ‘D’). How times have changed….

Really like this one, even if I do say so myself. Shop window in Lindau in Germany, which is a really remarkable place.

Check out my Olympus 8mm fisheye. I am overjoyed with it. Even the dullest of trips out comes with a strange and exciting parallel world of alternative perspectives :) Who’d have thought a piece of technology could be so inspirational? :) It seems to do something lovely with the colours and contrast, almost as if the huge amount of light hitting it is concentrated on the sensor.

My other new recent acquisition is a sigma 30mm f1.4. Wasn’t particularly happy with it at first, and it’s rubbish at focusing in even medium light (missed loads of shots of the kid simply under some beech trees whilst the lens was dicking about) but I reckon this is fab. The colours are beautiful.

Poorly exposed and ruined by crude Photoshopping, but I like it all the same.

Denis99, that rod looks like a ’34 Hiboy. Nice car.
Took this one during the week from a mate’s garden. Noticed it on the way over and leaped out of the car when I got to his house to get a pic before the light went.
