Out of curiosity I’ve plugged my cheapo phone battery pack into my Diablo and it  is charging it.

Supposedly it is 5000 Mah which in theory should fully charge my light.

Are battery packs all basically the same or will I do my very expensive light a mischief?

What are other people using to extend their run times?

I bought a three extender from MTBBatteries that was about the same price as the single one from Exposure. It allowed my Diablo to keep up with my six pack.

I’ve used USB packs to charge my diablo with no bother but I don’t think they had the oomph to quite keep up while it was running.

It won’t cause any damage, but iirc they only trickle charge via usb so will run out of battery faster than they can charge.

I was hoping they would include some usb-c wizardry in them so that they can charge at full power via usb pd but alas they haven’t managed yet

Do you have a picture of your battery?  I’ve ordered one and want to know how I’m going to attach it to my bike.

4 cell from Smudge as well. The only way of getting anything like decent run time from my Exposure Equinox light

I either popped the battery into my pack or pocket (if on my head). If I used the diablo on my bars it went in my frame bag.
