    You’re young.
You have a lot to learn.
If you have a job that causes you to behave this way.
    Then if I were you.
    I’d re-consider my career.

    You’re being a wally now.

    Phil.
How else do I take being compared to, being as intelligent as, a kangaroo ?.

You can be funny, without taking the piss out of people.
    Of course.
    That requires making a choice.

i’ve never suggested you weren’t intelligent.

i am young, i’ve never denied i have a lot to learn, i wont reconsider my career choice as i spend my days helping people and i don’t want to stop doing that.

what it feels like you’re doing now is insulting me by assuming you know what’s best for me, but without actually knowing me and what i do for a job. but thats your choice dude, you make choices and you could make the choice to stop taking everything as a personal insult 😉

Ive been following the iDave for about 6 weeks with good results. But out of curosity I thought I’d take a quick look at myfitnesspal.

Either its broken or I’m missing something. Irrespective of the level of exercise I select it keeps telling me that I can only consume 1890 Calories a day if I wish to loose 5lb in six weeks. That seems odd given that my ESTIMATED TDEE is somewhere around 3100.

So Ive got to starve myself by approx 1200 calories a day to lose 5lbs in 6 weeks.

Well I’ve lost 11 lbs in six weeks on IDave without the need for starvation.

I think I know where my loyalty is.

That was one of iDave’s points.
Get down to around 15 percent BF without counting cals or feeling hungry.
If you enjoy exercise, high intensity stuff.
Then you may need to experiment with a bit of pre, during and post exercise, simple carbs.

I believe that molgrips has had some success with this approach.

    No, you called me Skippy.

    Look Phil.
I thought we had landed that plane without killing all the passengers.
    And as they say.
Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
So I’m gonna leave the plane now.

I’ve been a victim of Philly’s and Yeti’s internet bullying before. It’s not pleasant I can tell you, but when I have sexy fantasies, I find I can’t control the fact that they keep appearing in them. 🙁

This has got really silly. Find a way of eating that keeps or gets you to a weight you want. if its just eating dust go for it.
I wonder if where people are going wrong is this training word that keeps popping up. I’ve never done any fitness training in my life I just go for bike rides and its ace.

Will it involve sex? Or at the very least manly bear hugging?

OK, we’ll take the Yetis and the Consequences.

But we’re not having the SWs.

    😛

Belly fat is notoriously more difficult to get rid than BF from other parts of the body.
I’ve read someones ideas on why this is.
Probably not important to go into that now.

ime at about 12 percent BF, there may likely be a thin / small layer of BF hiding your 6 pack.
(This may vary between individuals, Molgrips abs are visible when mine aren’t, that much)
Now, its been acknowledged that on something like the iDave Diet.
You can get to around 12 percent BF, with comparitively little exercise…
Initially its all about the diet.
However, if you wish to get below 12 percent.
    To get Yeti-Lean.
Then I believe you have to start working for it.
    iDave.
I’d be happy for you to correct any of that, in my pursuit of learning.
    🙂
