If you mean Joe Biden he isn’t in trouble. He hasn’t done anything illegal.
He has pissed off quite a few Democrats and anti-Trump newspapers though. And undoubtedly made Trump chuckle, plus given him a reason to be even more smug.
I doubt that he cares though.
