Snapped this walking home from a late night library session. Have to say that despite only using a the camera on my phone, I’m really enjoying this challenge.
Sadly, the nice views *cannot* be ignored on the way to work this morning, so another (yawn) landscape for me… Tarmachan Ridge at dawn by matt_outandabout, on Flickr
Spent a rather constructive afternoon ripping the fekkin alarm out of the new (to us) scooter. Nothing wrong with it but they are just pointless annoying crap that will fail at some point.

Bit miffed with this one.
Had an idea in my head, trying to backlight the bottle to get an amber glow through the bottle, balanced with some lighting from the front (bottle stood up normally).
Couldn’t get it right. Tried until late, then whacked out the compact with it’s v. close macro capability to get this one…not a bad effort overall, but not what I wanted.
And getting fed up of shots of objects inside. I wanna get out & about! When are the clocks going forward…..?!
This morning at 0349 my 1st child was born. Her name is Ellie Prescott, she was born at 38 weeks and weights in at a healthy 6lb 5. Here is the 1st ever picture of her at 1hr and 27mins old. Both Ellie and Mum (Lisa) are doing well. 16/01/2013 by Luke Prescott, on Flickr
