Terrible news, RIP Mike

Just went on to see how Mike was doing and this article was the 1st hit this morning. So sad. My thoughts are with those close to Mike.

Just woken to this terrible news. Totally gutted. RIP Mike Hall. As per the post on the other page I have been totally enthralled with the race. Ride free Mike ride free.

I’m so f**king gutted. Hit by a goddam car, such an amazing rider. Sickening.

So very sad! A tragic loss of life. RIP Mike.

I didn’t know about this race or know him, but having seen how much he’s followed here and had previously seen the ST legend award for him, this is quite a shock!

I am certainly not part of the “wear a helmet maffia”
but remember thinking “you should buckle up that helmet Mike” when seeing this clip and other photo’s
