    I’ve never had to torque my pedals that high. I do them hand tight and a nip.

    When I have had a stuck pedal I stick the crank on the ground and stand on the Allen key / breaker.

    I’d beware about putting considerable strain on it as the thread will be glued into the carbon arm and too much force could rip the threaded part right out.
    Possibly look more to finding something that will leech into the threads providing a lube, maybe diesel or some quality penetrating fluid, or even drill out the pedal stub after sawing it off
