Need some new bits of outdoor kit….well I probably don’t really need it, but..

Local place has the usual brands inc Haglofs, Montane, Berghaus, TNF, Paramo, Arcteryx.

Liking the look of the Haglofs stuff and a sale on.

    Is it any good?

Spoilt for choice at that shop!

I think Haglofs is nice kit.

I’ve got a Haglofs softshell top (bought half price, otherwise it’d be too much for me) and it is great. Good fuss free design.

I’m currently wearing the Haglofs fleece that I purchased over 10 years ago and it looks brand new

Haglofs are my goto brand for outdoor clothing, must have about 15 pieces in all. Good quality and not seen everywhere like others. The only downside is sometimes the colourings can be ‘interesting’.

Good kit, if it fits you. Fit is closer than most Berghaus, TNF or Paramo kit.

Shoes are brilliant, waterproofs are fantastic, trousers do funny things to my leg hairs.

    So my experience varies…

    Cut tiny but great kit.

I love it, it’s right that the cuts a bit tight, but then you don’t really see many fat Swedes around do you.

I’m loving the colours, that baby blue is the colour of my bike.. 8)

They simply make stunning quality pieces. I’ve got about 20 various designs, they look so good I’ve hung them on the wall in my “man cave”

When I do venture upto the lakes for a long weekend traipsing round ambleside drinking lattes, I know no other **** will look as good as me.

Its also nice to know that I’m dressed appropriately for if I ever do decide to walk up a mountain.

My haglofs lightweight shell is awesome, the softshell equally good, although not that warm.

I got a Haglofs Qanir a couple of months ago. It’s fast becoming my favourite bit of kit, although the fit isn’t as tight as others suggest. Zip can be a bit fiddly too but still, great jacket.

I’ve bought quite a bit of their kit recently and it’s some of the best quality gear on the market. Fit is slim, and the sleeves are a little long on one of the jackets I’ve got.
I’ve got a Windstopper softshell which I wear all the time for walking at this time of year, along with a GoreTex for when it gets really wet. Bought one of the Goretex active shell pull-ons for biking and it’s great.
Probably got a dozen pieces in all, and they’re all better than anything I’ve seen from Berghaus, TNF, etc. You get what you pay for.

its good gear, no better or worse than any of the top brands IME. all comes down to fit.

Just bought a Haglofs fleece in Cotswold this afternoon – only cut which really fits me, all the other makes have casual fit which is no use for outdoor gear as the wind just flaps around inside the garments.

Haglofs stuff is like clarks shoes
None too flashy, well made , sensible kit

No brainer to buy ESPECIALLY if its reduced

Even better….my Daughter had party in town and I looked at Haglofs Goretex jacket in Cotswold…was £400 so went for a walk to T K Maxx to think about it.

Result! Same one in T K Maxx for a bit over £100…..it was bought there….

Got a couple of Haglofs jackets and they are excellent, prefer my Norrona jackets though.

    not seen everywhere like others

Haglofs seemed almost as common as NF and Berghaus last time I was in Keswick. Was pleased I was wearing the Norrona 😉

Can’t deny NORRØNA stuff is nice, in fact better than Haglofs but way harder to get hold of unless you live in Fulham.
I have their mtb tres, a couple of long sleeve tops and a shell type top, the material and fit are really nice, similar colour ways to Haglofs though, but hey.

Saw a load of Haglofs gear in TK Maxx in Central Manchester yesterday. But some idiot had stuck the security tag straight through the shell fabric.
