April is usually more like the end of those waterslides where all the water goes up your nose, your swimsuit goes up your bum, and as the water reaches your brain you forget where you are for a moment.

Tell me Charlie wrote the FGF intro without telling me Charlie wrote the FGF intro. 🤣

Phycology is the study of algae (no, I didn’t know; yes, I looked it up). Maybe cycling phycology relates to nasty green growths in your nether regions if your hygiene on longer rides is lacking.

Cool lunch box, if you’ll pardon the unintentional segue.

Longest fastest week ever? Just remember life is like a toilet roll: the closer you get to the end, the faster it runs out.

    Thanks for the smile.

I loved the intro, made my week. And I’d love to smash a bag of those sweets.

I highly recommend the Bundaberg Lemon, Lime & Bitters for anyone wanting a alcohol free adult drink. If you can find it of course.
