Used it for a few months to get into a routine of stretching. It’s quite good – you could watch videos on youtube for free but for me, paying $10 a month meant I gave it some attention and there’s a daily tick / activity progress tracker.
Stopped it after a while once I felt I’d learned the basics and had an idea of what I should be doing for my needs rather than the very general workouts DC will give you. Cost about the same as one session with a physio for advice on what to do in the first place.
