I'm not sure if you've noticed, but chakaping neighbour's house appears to be a semi-detached house. In other words, it is partly "attached" to his. Therefore I am not entirely convinced about the wisdom of setting fire to anything.

I am also unconvinced about the aesthetic advantages which a burnt out shell would offer.

Nor whether the inconvenience of being held on murder charges, put on trial, and receiving a lengthy custodial sentence, is fully justified.

But other than that, not a bad suggestion.

I'd expect that sort of activity on our street where the average earnings are considerably lower.
