    I ordered something from cyclestore.co.uk and so far have had 6, that’s SIX emails telling me it’s ordered, it’s been packed, it’s been paid for, it’s been put in the out tray, the postman has been, it’s on the way….

    I like to be kept in the loop, but come on…
