I currently have SRAM Force 1×11 on a Supersix Evo CX with Cannondale Hollowgram Cranks, I’m collecting bits to go 1×12 and a bit unsure on chainrings/chains…
Being the CX model it’s Cannondales funky Ai Offset, does that affect the chainrings also? Or can I buy any cannondale direct mount 12-speed chainring? My current shopping list is below, I’m OK on the first three but the chainring/chain I’m nervous of buying the wrong thing…:

10-36 12s Cassette – Bought
Ratio 12s kit for my 11s Force Shifter – OK on this one, and my current rear mech will work with that too.
Chainring? I think I want this (but ideally 38T):
