I’ve recently expanded the small pump track in the garden, however there is a tree in the way of one of the berms, I tried to simply build around it however now the exit to the berm is striaght instead of curved, making it weird to ride on. Is there any way I could re-route and still maintain a good berm?

Ive drawn a crappy diagram but basically on the part that curves round the tree, the surface of the berm is flat as its the only way that steers you back to the roller.

Tighten the corner and make a hip jump into a compression before the roller?

Tighten the corner a little and keep the tree in the berm.
NEVER look at the tree as you come round the berm, or you know what will happen. 😉

Can you put a board against the tree and make it into a mini wallride?

Thanks, what do you think of putting a roller mid-berm? The with a larger radius is hard to pump for speed so I was thinking a small roller would be a good idea, though would this be hard to ride?

Would riding it the other way work, so you come to the tree at the entrance rather than the exit?

It’s hard to get enough speed at the minute as its not fully packed in but a wallride will definitely be a future addition. Pinkster, tried riding it backwards and it just doesn’t ride well for some reason, think I probably built it asymmetrical by accident.
