So who else is in the ballot for 2014 then? I think we find out this week if we get a place or not.

If I don’t get a ballot place, I am considering doing it for a charity but not sure if I will be able to raise the £750 odd needed.

Also not sure if I will survive riding 100 miles but we can worry about that later 😯

I’ve seen this link on Facebook, if you log in and view your receipt there is a status field with either approved or cancelled next to it. I checked mine and it said cancelled but a few friends have got approved. Guess that means I haven’t got in 🙁

I’m in the ballot.
Did it last year for charity and raised £1,200 without a lot of effort.
Not massively bothered if I don’t get in as I have a few other events that I’m doing in 2014.

Its the same day as the tour of the borders, which is also closed roads so not a disaster if I don’t get in.

Ahh I’m in the Fred and the Dartmoor Classic so no complaints. Reading on the Fred website the amount of grief they got from disgruntled people who didn’t get in via the ballot. Shocking.
