Got 91 pics from death match draughts with my daughter yesterday - what can i use to put this together into a stop motion/how long per pic?

Go Pro studio used to do a good timelapse not sure if it's still there, though it's going to be a little stuttery as 90 frames will get you 3s of good video, 10fps is only 9s.

you could do a fairly decent vid on movie maker

If its just something basic Windows movie make which is free with windows 8 and 10 can do what you want.
