Every so often all my STW tabs are still re-directing to "BT customer survey"

Chrome also has "rats, WebGL hit a snag." Ignore / Reload on almost every STW page.
And every so often the screen flashes black

I can't remember what it is, but there's a reason for the black screen. It's something to do with an ad campaign I think.
I'll report the other stuff. Ta.
