Anyone upgraded yet?

Stuff you like? Problems? etc.

Think I'll give it a few weeks.

I'm never an early adopter.

No. it will break something.
camera tethering software
wacom tablet
print drivers for borderless art paper printing
graphics monitor calibration
HD syncing/scheduling back-up software
Focus stacking software

all mission critical, not worth the downtime just so i can ask my computer “hey Siri, what time is it in Los Angeles"

Always upgrade immediately. Did the wife's MBP last night, sadly my 2009 is too old so not supported.

Update had no issues, email etc fine. We don't use Siri so turned that off. Also promots for automatic iCloud backup but that would have involved a subscription so switched off. No Apple Pay setup.

So all in all we took the internal improvements and skipped most of the advertised "new" features

Interesting, finding Yosemite and MS Office doing more software updates than Mountain Lion...

Overtime the windows machine did this, something failed and it took ages to settle.

I use Siri on the phone a lot. Mostly for reminders (I am Leonard in Momento!) so could be quite handy.

Been running the GM since it was available as a public beta a couple of weeks ago on one machine and updated the other two this morning. No issues so far.

sadly my 2009 is too old so not supported.

You can probably install it if you don't mind bodging it a bit; http://dosdude1.com/sierrapatch.html

I've installed it on 1/3 so far, the iMac. It's pretty good. Not sure about Siri but will give it a go as it's the future. I use it occasionally on iPhone.
I've got a 2011 mbp and 2015 mbpr to do but will leave those a few days as I cba. I've never had an issue being an early adopter. May even treat myself to the watch when I do the mbpr because at the moment I'm using macid for auto unlock.

Just used dated my MacAir, iPhone just done, iPad just being downloaded.

Can't honestly say I've noticed much and whilst the Mrs's is away,in deepest Yorkshire, I'll tell her not to bother until she's near a decent internet connection.
