I predict some serious political incorrectness.

Stella's already eyed up Baggs.

I have fantasies about Stella giving me that eye 😀

Stella was clearly dreaming about shoving that pen deep into Baggs.

Back off Darcy... she's going to give me that eye, walk over me in a pair of killer stilettos, and yeah, probably kill me first!

Yeah, out of those three I'd have sacked Jamie. Or possibly PM Chris, because he and Liz are playing Hide The Sausage.

Do you mean the guy who got fired?

A young, tanned Vladimir Putin I thought.

I actually thought Baggs did a pretty good job this week! Far, far better than the sulky Laura.

fraud and wife beating!

recorded the 'You're fired' programme, think that might be interesting to see if Dara mentions it at all.

That Chris needs shoeing with a rugby boot with titantium spikes fitted instead of studs. Hateful little twerp.

I watched the "You're Fired" programme afterwards, Christopher got an easy ride on that and everyone seemed to like him, he came across very well.

The day that Stuart Baggs gets fired and has to sit there with Dara O'Brien, he is going to get ripped to pieces. Tiny little pieces which are then fed to a ravenous pack of wolves. Can't wait!

Crikey.

Next thing you know one of them will turn out to have been ripping people off on the STW classifieds.

Got to agree with the-muffin-man, that eejit Baggs was better this week. He made a stab at the language and did warn Laura about speaking fast.

Would be good if he got to the interview stage though to see him embarrassed by 3 senior managers.

Was Laura trying to set a world record for fast talking during her pitch, I was half expecting Roy Castle to pop up at the end of it (if he wasn't dead). I enjoyed it when she tripped out of people carrier, shame it wasn't a face plant.

Why doesn't 'The Brand' wear his diamond earring during the tasks?

Has anyone else noticed Liz's receeding hairline? She got in a real strop when the guy at the hotel say they were only ordering from the other team.

I learnt something from The Baggs this week. Putting 'un on the end of a word unles it ends in 'e' or 'y' then pronounce it 'eeee is actually speaking German. As in "my-eee collegue-'un laura" I don't think the Germans fond it endering as baggs thought, infact my 'e' grade in GCSE german leads me to believe the german word for **** is Stuart Baggs, which they seemed to call him quite often.

Has she been in Zoo magazine Bikini special already? Must have missed that...

I thought Stewart Baggs was ok this week too...think Jamie was a complete Stewart Baggs though and deserved the boot instead of Scouse-sniper-guy...and that Laura was just blatantly two faced, slagging off the Ice Queen Stella then running up to hug her when they won.

Surely this is all scripted. Laura has never spoken that fast, was told not to speak fast, then seemed to talk so fast she couldn't even keep up with herself.

I smell bollocks.

It's all bollocks, but quite entertaining.

I am convinced that that producer / director of the programme uses the footage from each week to steer opinion in a certain direction.

Last week Hair Baggs was in the firing line, this week it was Laura ( they didn't need to show her falling out of the van) Any one of them can be portrayed in whatever light the director / producer wants, all in the name of entertainment. The whole process is a farce.

I'm still watching it though.

100% agree Beamers, but that particular bit with Laura simply looked scripted rather than edited. Has anyone ever thought she spoke to quickly? I can't say I had ever noticed. So why would she suddenly start just after she had been told not to.

Smells of kippers.

you can tell it's very well edited but still entertaining. they see who gets fired then edit it so they look bad and one other from the opposite team so you don't know which team has won and keeps you guessing as to who will go.

That said, i genuinely thought any of those three in at the end could have gone, I dont think AS likes any of them.

I'm backing liz to win.... and not just because of her norks!

The whole process is a farce.

It's not a real job selection process though, it's a job-themed reality TV show.

Brilliant TV and anyone who says otherwise can sod off and watch poncy Downton Abbey or tossy Grand Designs instead.

Laura was speaking at her normal rate, but coupled up with a bed of pacey music and some rapid editing, cutting her natural pauses out etc, it was made to look as though she was barrelling along.

I do that with my mountain bike videos but I don't need to speed them up cos POOK = AWESOME.
