Not sure if the ST Massive can help here??

So I go out on my bike Tuesday/Thursday evenings usually doing around 20 miles (all off road) get home around 21.30 ish, get a shower and have a light snack, trouble is I cannot get to sleep when I go to bed(around 11ish), any other nights everything is ok. So I'm assuming i am still on a high/adrenaline etc......

Anyone got any tips on how to wind down?? never had problems in the past its just been over the last 6-9 months!!!! Arrrggggg

I had a 2 1/2 hour ride last night, then did a 25 miler into work this morning. Doing this means a very early start to avoid most of the London traffic. I think I managed a maximum of 4 hours sleep ๐Ÿ™„

I'm now sitting at my desk yawning, which doesn't bode well for the 37 return trip we have planned. Any other night of the week I'd sleep like a log!

I've found both Kava Kava and GABA very useful in the past.
