Driving over to Sweden at end of June, cant make up my mind whether to get ferry from Fehman to Rodby or do the belt bridge, with the prices I am getting for the ferry I will save money by driving up across the belt bridge. Will add about 2.5hrs to the journey. Will have to do the Denmark Sweden Bridge as I am on way to Karlskrona. Normally do Helsingor to Helsingborg.
Any of the Scandi gang want to give their opinion?
Where's your starting point?
I do Harwich to Esbjerg then take the E20 all the way to Malmö, which takes about 3.5-4hrs drive. You do have to take in the Storebaelt and the Oresund bridges though and they aint cheap! Great drive though.
Whats the cost of Harwich Esbjerg ferry? Last time I looked it was pretty rich! Dont they sting you for a cabin as well? Usually just go Dover Dunkirk.
Usually around £400 so yeah not cheap and you have to have a cabin. I prefer it to the long drive to be honest. And by the time you've price in for the cost of fuel, there's not a great deal in it price wise.
I'm off at the end of May, looking forward to it indeed!
