Irradiated Bacon Roll on the East Coast line to London... appears to contain no known food groups and even though its "bacon", probably no animals were harmed in the production of this product.

4 slices of burgen - 1 piece of smoked salmon , 4 pieces of chorizo , spinach & rocket and some red leiscester cheese on the chorizo sarnie

an organic yogurt - mildly too warm thanks to offce temperature.

a mint kit kat.

I had spicy Bean Curd, Sizzling Sichuan Beef with Green Peppers, Some dark green vegetable (don't know how to translate it) with garlic and onion. Rice. Piece of Baked Sweet Potato and a Yoghurt

Chicken cup a soup, salt and vinegar crisps and a bounty - I couldn't be bothered going to buy lunch. Your lunches ^ all sound nicer than mine.
