Anyone got any good links to programs specifically for cyclists? Or recs for dvds etc?
Have you tried simple dead lifts?
Strengthened my back a lot and I no longer get my back pain after hurting it a couple of years ago.
Seems strange lifting weights to improve your back but it works.
Hindu press ups should help

just google yoga /back strengthening /stretches, there's a wealth of yoga stuff on the 'net.

There are so many nuances to each posture I'd always suggest going to yaga classes rather than a DIY approach. I put my back out surfing last year and have been going to yoga classes twice a week (one of them Bikram) for the last six monthas and my back feels ten years younger.
