Definitely snowing in aberdeen 😀
Votchy I'm just 7 miles out of derby an we had over a foot, even a day off work as well last time 😉
Snowing hard here in Co Durham - road white over already and it only started 20 minutes ago.
Snowing pretty heavy in midlothian, but raining in fife.
No snow in Dumfries yet - just some miserable cold rain.
dry but breezy in the North Worcs Alps
It never snows down there in the foothills of Mount Malvern Rocketdog, you want to come up here in to the snowdrifts.
Wet snow and heavy at 06:00 but it's now just wet here in northumberland. This front is moving very quick south so not sure we will get large accumulations like last time. The temp drop that is following is more interesting. Watch out for ice on your drive/ride home.
Snowing Eddlestone - Leadburn - Penicuik quite heavily but not in Peebles or Edinburgh so must be just on the high ground.
P.S thats the last time I moan about bus drivers the guy this morning was a total legend.

Heavy sleet in Barnsley
Weird that its snowing in County Durham, just down the road in Yorkshire its 7 degrees and peeing it down !
Indeed - not stopped snowing since about 7.30. Gone largely slushy now though - grass and roof tops white but the roads and paths covered in slippery brown slop.
Edit- coming down very heavy again - road white over despite gritter having been through twice in the past 10 minutes
Blue skies in Dundee, but we did have a very light dusting early this morning.
Princes St, Edinburgh, a few minutes ago:

Front just rolling through Doncaster now. Gusty and very heavy rain, glad I took the dogs out earlier. Temp was up as far as 9 Cel before, will be a quick drop if the forecast is right.
¡Scorchio! 😆
Gorgeous sunshine here in Fife.
Anyone near Gatwick? I'm supposed to fly in on Sunday.
Correction: snow in Barnsley
Yes Newcastle, light, small flakes, wet, not lying as of yet, but quite a lot of it
Sleet in Rovveram about 10 minutes ago. Stopped now
Coming down heavy in Crookes, Sheffield.
Correction to the above. Blue skies in Dundee, and its snowing, how is that possible?
Yep snowing in Sheffield but its big wet horrible flakes that have no chance of sticking 🙁
Just the usual drizzly grey day here in Dudley.
Just rain in Peterborough.....we will miss it again as usual.
They also have a very nice free iPhone app.
It has a habit of self-destructing unfortunately as after a few uses it seems to lose the ability to use the GPS for location setting.
Apparently there is enough snow in Cunbernauld for UPS to declare "ADVERSE WEATHER" and not deliver my laptop.
****ers!
Snow in keswick now, ground too warm for it to settle.
Light dusting in Dingwall, Highlands. Trying to snow right now.
Just cloudy in the SE of England, 6 degrees this morning. Windy tho.
Looks like snow, but too warm here in Mid Wales 🙁
Drizzle and super strong winds
Think I'll stay in the warm this afternoon 😉
sun splitting the skies in perth
looking grey and kinda purposeful down in Canterbury
-6 / -16 with wind chill here in Toronto... Not much snow yet this morning, but we're due some...
Cheers stoner for the weather website. I've got things to do you know!
Votchy I'm just 7 miles out of derby an we had over a foot, even a day off work as well last time
derby is a bit 'north' to be classed as the midlands though isn't it? 15 miles south of brum here 😀
Some one driving in to work said the temp went from 7 degrees to 1 degree in 40 mins. Thats quite impressive.
derby is a bit 'north' to be classed as the midlands though isn't it? 15 miles south of brum here
I would class Derby as 'oop North.
Derby is in the East Midlands
Caning it down with snow here in Bratfud atm. 😀
This'll be the first time I've had to make a long cross country journey with a risk of snow. I think if it looks bad I'll just book more nights in the hotel and keep working until it clears - then take the days off in lieu before Christmas 🙂
Just had half an hours worth 🙂
Not sticking though 🙁
snow in Leeds
If you are bored there is some "interesting" 😕 conversation on it all here:

Coming down heavy in Halifax. Picked a great day to take a days holiday and build a fence!
Sleet in valley bottom Sheffield, reports of sticking up t'hills.
Spoke too soon, huge flakes falling out of the sky. Workers getting restless!
Coming down again in Barnsley. Big flakes
trying to in Stockport but nothing much bigger than dandruff sized flakes
Spoke too soon, huge flakes falling out of the sky. Workers getting restless!
Tell 'em to get on with it! Won't last long.
yes, 12 wet snowflakes have been seen in sheffield.
they all melted the instant they hit the ground but quick, we must tell the old people so they can panic, and then rush out to buy all the milk, bread and sausages!
Just started sleeting in Blackpool...... and now it's stopped again.
TPTcruiser - MemberSleet in valley bottom Sheffield, reports of sticking up t'hills.
correction:
'up in(t) hills'
the 't' is silent, but must be hinted at by using a micro-pause.
saying "up t'hills" means 'up to the hills'
i am a pedant.
Blue sky here now after horizontal hail
Rain in Peterborough when I left for work and 7 deg. C.
Don't know how cold it is, but at work in Letchworth it's rainy and the grey clouds are stacking up. Looking very ominous!
im in the south east, where i just spoke to someone who once saw some actual snow.
im off home just in case, buying bread milk and sausages on the way.
Been snowing in my bit of Sheffield for quite a while now - wasn't settling at first but it definitely is now.
How long before the co-op sells out of bread? (if it hasn't already...)
heavy sleet in my corner of staffordshire
Starting to sort of sleet in the Surrey/Hampshire area. Just a little bit, but there are some snowflakes in there. Not particularly cold tho.
I'd like to wish the snow in Sheffield the best of luck. It's having a good crack, but it's a bit wet...
No snow in Hertfordshire, but the bloke putting scaffolding up on my roof is not a happy chap. His nose looks to have turned blue.
Been coming down heavily for the last few hours just north of Matlock. Its starting to settle on the side-roads and fields now the temp is dropping.
Gone a bit sleety in the Black Country now, could be the makings of an interesting ride home?
About 2" of snow lying in Dingwall, Highlands
