We will be in touch
3 weeks for me, job interview prep, illness and car hunting has kept me away, meaning my new larger size 5spot frame and 2010 revs has remained unridden.
I am itching to get out
About 6 hours?
5hrs
bout 4 hours - working now 🙁
first weekend of no activity in a while, though it's been 3 weeks since I rode my MTB(though rode round london everyday last week)
My bike is very clean at the moment, and I'm coming up with excuses not to ride at the moment.
need to get my arse into gear if my biking mbitions will be realised in 2010
5 weeks 😥
About 2 months 🙁
5 hours
About 6 hrs - it was 38 degrees with a slight breeze. Then came home for a swim in the pool 🙂
too long, 9 hours
Back on the bike today for the first time in over a month due to the birth of my first daughter and a general reluctance to get out in the cr@ppy weather. Did 10 miles and I was knackered, legs felt like I was riding through treacle (actually it was so muddy in places, I might as well have been!), but felt really good to get out again. Gotta get back in shape as I'm off to Afan at the end of January, and I want to enjoy it!
About 9 hours. Before that about 2 months 8-/
Half hour ago.
Got home at 3.45 so not too long. But that is the exception, had more on my plate than a spinster at a wedding buffet Been working away recently so barely ridden for past 5 weeks, feel fat, lazy and angry.
Got a CX bike to build and just nor had time as any spare te has been more riding than fettling.
Bring on Tuesday when I should be back at base office and commute won't involve Easyjet, BA or sleeper train.
Friday lunch.
6 hrs
MTB - not since September. Road bike - every day on the commute...
(I don't have much time on my hands at the moment)
Eight days since ridden in anger, but I rode it round a school playground yesterday.......L2 British Cycle coach training, in case anyone thought I'd lost it!!

you said that twice - you've lost it mate 😉
About 3 weeks, been really busy working and when im not working im worn out! wish i had gone out today but had a lie in instead.
Not ridden an mtb since I sold it in June, swiftly followed by a some nasty news from the doctors that kept me off all the bikes 'til the start of last month. Just been playing and commuting on the Singlecross since, waiting for the right bike at the right price. Oh, but to answer your question, Thursday. Been drunk since.
33 and a half hours, still not cleaned the bike tho.....
7hrs
about 3 weeks 🙁
illness + work commitments unfortunately scuppering my riding schedule
can't wait for all the mud to freeze over
about 6.5 hours ago... I'm next riding in about 38 hours!
longer than pennine, not quite as long as grumm. I think.
can't be arsed, with all this crap weather, to be honest. I thought this weekend was supposed to be crisp & cold. 7degC is not cold. OK it's not tropical, but cold it is not. It's cold where my sister is - Peace River, Alberta. Proper cold. -12degC and that's in the daytime
About 6 hours. Just did 90km today.
Nearly 6 months. Lost the urge since the birth of my daughter.
About 7 hours and it was bloody fantastic. Social ride (20 odd miles, 1 cafe, 1 pub in 6 ish hours) but first ride in 8 weeks after dislocating shoulder and flu. Sunny cold day, mud, good company and a pint. God I have missed it in too many ways!
With mister p - twin daughters preceded by busy times at work mean I have ridden a handful of times in the last two years. Done lots of walking pushing the pram though - about 5 miles yesterday with the iPod on, listening to AC/DC and Kiss. Great times 🙂
About 30 minutes ago. Bit nippy out.
bout 5hrs............. holcombe moors 2hr blast good fun
Out tonight getting my moneys worth out of my hope 2 lights I bought a month ago. And splendidly they performed on a 25 mile jaunt. Bike was caked.
6 months since I rode the mtb. commuting on the road bike and running however. 1 year old twins don't leave a lot of time for riding!
6 to 8 weeks i think now... vengeance will be mine.
9hrs
morning blast at swinley to clear xmas party hangover
too bloody long, been 3 weeks....crap weather and xmas getting in the road.
which one !?
pride and joy not since august bank holiday (crap weather)
HT yesterday at Afan. Lovely day for it. So glad I made the effort as none of my mates could be bothered.
4 weeks injuries kept me off, its starting to get to me and make me REALLY grumpy. Should be training for triathlons next year, if I don't get out soon I might well loose my rag. Working at a trail centre makes it even worse, all these people out on their bikes having a good time. Hate them 😉
This afternoon for an hours blast round the local trails. Otherwise, just daily road commuting since the Real Ale Wobble a few weeks ago.
Friday on MTB.
about 3 hours since I got to work on the commuter.
Let's just say there is a good reason I only post on the Chat Forum these days! 😳
...3hrs. Ace but chilly...
Other than the odd run to do the shopping, fa-a-a-ar too long given that the 'puffer isn't that far away now!
7 days for me. I'm away with work at the moment so haven't been able to ride since the mini dh race at FOD, went straight from there to the airport. Another 10 days to go until I'm back in the UK and riding again. Then everyday over christmas and lots of riding through jan while I decide what to do about not having a job.
About three to four weeks, mainly due to a bad cough that won't shift. Off to the docs this afternoon.
four hours.
About 3.5 hours - very cold and wet this morning - near freezing rain does not a pleasant commute make...
Went Friday and Yesterday but before that not been out for a month due to the arrival of our third Child. Been using the Turbo in between nappy changes so that has helped with the fitness.
