Put the shirts into some kid of netting bag? Or cut the sleeves off.
re train as a plasterer
HTH
Don't put too many shirts in together. (max 3 per wash, ideally only 1 or 2).
Especially if they're double cuffs...
You put shirts in the washing machine? Is the local dry cleaners crap or something?
Cut the arms off and go for the short sleeve look.
Like, durrrrr. 🙄
John McClane says vest.
Stop working in an office and go work in a warehouse.
Then you wont be able to afford any more shirts
Why don't you try buttoning the cuffs to the shirt, or buttoning them to each other, or to another shirt, so they are linked?
Hmmm, probably try buttoning the sleeves to each other or to the shirt.
Or maybe you use cufflinks?...
(Haven't tried any of these btw)
🙂
Stop washing colours and whites together for a start.
[massive assumption]
You must look naked from a distance with that flesh coloured shirt on.
[/massive assumption]
Leave shirts buttoned up and turn inside out.
Why don't you try buttoning the cuffs to the shirt
This!
It makes alot of sense- good idea!
Isn't that what 'Bounce' was supposed to do?
see that shirt top left - white with blue checked liunes? I've got one of those. It's my favourite shirt, that is.
just pull the shirt sleeves inside out so they rest inside the shirt in the washing machine... no dangly bits to get tangled up 🙂
Wait a minute... how bloody long are your arms?
Not sure the Red Cross can help.
That's supposed to be a picture of Mr Tickle. You can imagine it.
Ahhh, yes.
I've never had this happen to my shirts, ever. HAve you got some sort of fandango washing machine?
I reckon the seemingly placid Onslo would smash the gobby Nesbit into the middle of next week.
I think the sleeves inside out could be a winning idea!
Not sure about buttoning to the front - given how tightly wound they can get, I might find myself with fewer buttons.
I can think of better ways to spend £70 a month than on my shirts.
They get washed at 40, and the light colours are fine with the whites
What else?
The "flesh" shirt: it's funny flourescent eco lighting and a camera phone. it's a pale pink shirt and looks fabulous on me today.
nbt, I quite like that one too, Hawes and Curtis, but I bought it before I found the fitted/tailored/slim fit ones, so it's a bit of a sail compared to the others.
Pastry? Maybe if I put the flour, butter etc in the drum, and the jam in the powder tray...?
TSY. Maybe I have. I don't remember it being so much of a problem before I moved into this flat.
Just had a thought. I could cut the sleeves off.
If I cut the cuffs off too, wore them as well, and kept my jacket on...?
That'd save on ironing too.

Ah, Mines a Jasper J Conran I think? Slim fit though which is nice 😉
I thought that too, inside out best bet.Not sure about buttoning to the front - given how tightly wound they can get, I might find myself with fewer buttons.
