[Closed] Free online psychometric tests - any suggestions?

Looking to complete a few psychometric tests.
There's no job interviews imminent, but just fancied seeing 'where I'm at' so that I might get a better sense of where to direct my focus on a new career path in the new year.

I have done a bit of looking on the web, but a lot of them say 'free' when they actually charge you to see the results. Can't fault someone for trying to earn a buck, but this is just dipping a toe in the water as opposed to serious research.

Never done one of these things for real, but it seems that a lot of employers use them now. Are they really that effective?
Any suggestions for where to find some that are reasonably accurate and F.O.C.?
