Yeah that does look somewhat legit at first glance although the complete lack of any contact details and the fact it's advertising the "brand new 2013 collection" does seem very fishy.
For the technologically inclined you can quickly make a WHOIS request and see that domain was originally registered in China and is now owned by someone in LA.
