Any recommendations? Ideally central(ish).

Don't think Sikhs are veggies.
They can make really nice veg decisions from experience. You don't see many Sikh restaurants though!

There are two - one in the Arcadian, and this one, which is in a bigger room.
There's a place in the Jewellery Quarter that's supposed to be very good.
