It's kind of you mattyfez to be glad in my behalf. Although to get the full value of Trump's entertainment value does require an input from the Daily Show/Jon Stewart, IME no one can squeeze more laughs out of Trump's shenanigans than Jon Stewart.

The fact is that across the entire western world, centrist liberal governments allowed living standards for the majority to stagnate and decrease while a small class of very rich people got everything they wanted. This has been going on for decades and none of the so called 'grown up' politicians did a damn thing about it, and now we have the inevitable result of their inaction and cowardice. How people voted is a symptom of the disease, not the cause.

There would be no point in the video existing if the 'liberal media' didn't pick it up and reshare it. Its sole purpose is to wind people up and create outrage. Back about 2016 or so, a journalist followed up on a website that did huge business in right-wing misinformation. Turns out it was started by a couple of liberals who thought it would be funny to just throw crazy stuff out there to get the MAGA crew foaming at the mouth (this stuff was just crazy shit that anyone with any critical thinking skills could debunk in a minute if they just tried.) But, it constantly got amplified on Facebook and turned into a nice money making website so they just kept at it. There's a whole ecosystem on social media of people who are basically just trolling and have lost any connection to reality. If you do manage to get through to them that they are talking nonsense, they will tell you that it's just ironic, but irony only works if you actually have something you believe in. If you don't believe in anything, nothing is really ironic.
