All I'm aware of is the evidence that while surveilling some "bad dudes" the security services incidentally recorded some of Trump's associates chatting to them.

That's a pretty far from evidence that the "Bad(or Sick)" Obama had Trump's phone tapped.

Would I be happy for the security services during Trump's term to continue to surveil "bad dudes"? Yes.

Would I be happy for those security services to report, after the election, if those bad dudes were recorded chatting to associates of the opponents? Yes.

Would I be happy for security services to directly surveil presidential candidates? Yes. I think they would be negligent if they didn't.

Well not really no. It'd be a pretty crap asset that, whilst under investigation for Russian influence, did things that had extremely obvious Russian benefits.

A subtler game would be to commit a showy action that appears anti-Russian but is carefully coordinated to not actually do too much damage or cause too many casualties. That would help deflect criticism, boost flagging popularity and give Russia an excuse to increase military presence. No?

I think "tapping" by itself could reasonably be interpreted more widely tbh. I mean, none of this stuff really works by tapping a wire now anway, it's a figure of speech. So far so good. "tapping my phones" obviously can't reasonably mean anything but phones, because it says phones, not microwaves. And lastly, he said Obama did it- so the Nunes tip isn't relevant to his claims at all because Obama's not connected to the FISC investigation.

TBH trying to make any connection between "Obama tapped my phones during the election" and "as part of a seperate investigation ordered by FISC some information was coincidentally gathered, after the election, because some of Trump's team independantly contacted persons of interest to us" is just silly. It's like stalking someone by following someone else around and hoping they turn up.
