have a covenant on my front garden which says:

Not to fence the open front garden or forecourt of the land hereby conveyed without the prior written consent of the council.

Does that mean a fence is ok? It’s just the use of “open front garden” that worries me.

I think Not to fence the open front garden...without the prior written consent of the council says all you need to know

i guess you can do what you like with the back garden. Except maybe keeping chickens

You need to ask the permission of the council

When the nazis open it, don’t look at it.

It’ll melt your face off.
