Does anyone have any good nutritional cereal/snack bar recipes that they would like to share?

A lot of the supermarket stuff is full of crap and ingredients I have never heard of!

Looking to make in larger quantities for the week or two ahead.

Been making these for years. A great recipe as is or can he readily played about with, adding fruit if you want, spices, nuts, whatever.

If you haven't got time to make Aldi Paleo bars are good. No added sugar or any manmade stuff. Oats, nuts, and dried fruit pressed together.

I flicked the TV over one time and ended up watching Hugh F-W making fridge flapjacks (cooking not needed). They sounded amazing. I still haven't got round to trying it but here's the recipe:

Anyone riding near the Long Mynd (Shropshire) or in Church Stretton might like to try the flapjacks at Mr Bun the Baker. Squidgy, generous size and cheap. Plenty of other options too.
