[Closed] Bicycle shop owners here?

Hi,
Is there any bicycle wholesalers here? I need a little help in the business management. I''m from Ontario. I run a wholesale business. We sell cycles from popular brands like Yuba, Brodie, All-city and Urbanite. We are trying to get a software for managing the invoices. In past couple of months, we were having errors in auditing the invoices. I read in this blog ( http://www.3pllinks.com/reduce-invoice-errors/) about using auditing tools for reducing the errors.
If there is anyone here who uses auditing tools, please help me with it.
Any suggestion is welcome.
