Before I start the google-a-thon I thought I would dip into the font of knowledge that is STW and see if there is anything I can do without professional assistance.

You just need to replace the cartridge thing behind the knob on the front. Aqualisa have the instuctions online and when I replace our cartridge were very helpful

From the shower head? If so they have a new design shower head that fixes this. Give them a ring.

Aqualisa are masters of planned obsolescence. My advice is change the whole thing, not for another Aqualisa one.

Is it still under guarantee? Aqualisa sent out someone to repair ours (different model) when it also started dripping.
