Not really sure what any of what you posted about Lana being cut off really says other than Eavis was happy to let Springsteen overrun because he really liked the set

Professional who started on time, put on a brilliant show and still wanted to do more vs someone who went on stage a full half hour late, not because of transport* or technical difficulties but because she was getting her hair done.... She knew what time she was due on stage, she must know how long her hair takes and if it was really going badly do something different with it. A huge audience plus tv exposure - completely her fault and she got exactly what she deserved.

Sudan Archives had big on stage issues at the start of the set ("Almost 10 minutes of silence and protracted sound issues plague the opening of Sudan Archives’ set, but it’s of little consequence to the classically trained violinist because when she and her bandmate finally get going on a busy West Holts stage, they make an almighty, earth-shaking noise.") and then puts on a set like this - https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p0ft6tfn/glastonbury-sudan-archives

*opening act 'The Joy' was cancelled but they still did a short set for the BBC. Japanese Breakfast had a flight cancelled from AMS, then had further transport problems and couldn't get to site in time. Those are the people that should have had special treatment.
