Has anyone the link to the 'nicked images' threads of past, I just discovered that a couple of mine are being used.

On a eco buidling conference website.
I just got an email from them, stating that they used the image in good faith from a web company, that I have no proof of ownership(!) and that they have removed them immediately.
They only had to ask nicely and they would have got permission.
