Not wanting to do a 'what tire' thread I thought I might try the next best thing.
I dont think it wants to be your usuall get drunk, see a stripper, type thing.
Its going to be in March. My thoughts so far are:
St Paddy's day Dublin
Bareclona- doing what i dont know
Shooting in Scotland- not sure if its the 'right season'
Bull running in Pamplona- but wrong time of year
If you think along those lines that would be great. Any ideas?

Best stag do I've been on was a camping trip to Islay whisky festival. Bikes would be a great way to get around the island too.
If you go to Barcelona the Fiesta de Gracia was awesome - quite artsy and different but very cool.
I'm off to Chernobyl on one next year.
Find a beer festival in germany - wrong tiem for Oktoberfest but they happen all year. Annafest or similar - google volksfest.
Bull running?
HAVE YOU SEEN THIS VIDEO?? have to be off your nut!!!
EDIT: (not that pleasant to watch BTW)
From the dull practical point of view, are all the people you want to go able/willing to fork out the required time and money?
We did Madrid and did some sight seeing in between hangovers.
Edinburgh was good, lots to see there including a tour around Murrayfield. You can do Highland games but we heard bad press about those types of things or at least those running them.
New Quay, went jet skiing and something else which I can't remember now 🙄
Organic - I've always wanted to do Pamplona which I know is different but that video has really amde me think twice! Sh**!
'Alternative' stag do ideas?
Given the shit some people get up to, the best "alternative" stag do in my book would be going to the local pub for a few pints with my good mates. That'd be grand
i am hopefully* doing the SDW in two days with a nice hostelry in the middle to get bevied at
* if my best man has been able to follow orders/suggestions
EDIT: (not that pleasant to watch BTW)
I quite enjoyed the humans getting smashed.

Rio De Janiero is nice
March is a bad time to be stuck with one - I share your pain as I too have an early part of the year wedding (wedding on 23/3).
Not fussed about heavy drinking (Stag only weighs 8.5 stone and doesn't drink heavily), not fussed about girly bars and after that 'alternative' stag do I'd also like to point out that none of us are that handy with tools either, so we'd probably leave some poor bugger with a messier garden than they started out with!
Also, have a 50% riders, 50% (brides Brothers, uncles etc non-riders and don't want to exclude anyone).
So if anyone knows of a bunkhouse with a decent ale pub and some good walking nearby then let me know please! I'd say a Kart track too but our last group karting effort was in January and it was bloody freezing.
My do was - Friday evening in the bars of Aberfeldy. That didn't take too long but was remarkably easy on the pocket. Saturday morning, clay pigeon shooting (I am really bad at that). Saturday afternoon, off road driving (better). Saturday night, repeat of Friday night. Sunday morning white water rafting on the river Tay (very bracing and great fun). My instructions to the best man was two days in a pub somewhere did not appeal and it had to be reasonably affordable all up. He got it perfect, and the one person who thought it would be fun to do something unpleasant to me understood I was serious when I told him he would regret it for the rest of his life (which would be very short).

May or may not be local to you 😉

Clachaig Inn in Glencoe, youth hostel and campsite are nearbye as well as rooms in the Inn itself. Good beer, good food and normally a band on on Saturday night plus great walking nearby? I had mine there and it was class.
Easter's at the end of March, Andalusia would be good - the processions, atmosphere, probably sunny, you could go skiing and to the beach. Not sure about cost, though.

This place has all those ingredients

edit : beaten to it, so it must be good
2 recommendations in minutes of each other - cheers gents, duly noted 🙂
Did the Bull Run aged 14.... as an exchange student. (Private, not through school)
Needless to say, the Spanish student thought I was insane and never repaid the visit to England...
try looking here for inspiration (plenty stuff but never used them so don't know if they're any good)
march might be a bit tricky though
