exactly that. original HBSP117 piston doesn't fit into the caliper cylinder. but why? anyone can help?

is it that is doesn't fit or that it is a very tight fit and needs to be exactly lined up?

well, I didn't use calipers to measure, but it just was too big in diameter to slide it into the caliper body.

At a guess, I'd say that you've been given a V2, X2 or Mono Trials piston. If it's not the same size as a Mono Mini caliper bore, then it's not a Mono Mini piston.

Just measured one for you, should be 20.5mm dia., if yours isn't then I'd guess you've got the wrong one.
