Would you go for the Talas RLC 09 or the Float RL 2010? General opinion on the 32s?
Thanks
Kurt
Depends on your bike.
I love the adjustability and subsequent flexibility of the talas. I run 32 talas on my Genius normally set at 130, but i'll drop it to 100 for climbs and 150 for more techy descents.
Have the 36 talas on my Ransom but rarely use full travel.
The talas is a tiny bit heavier than the float, but I think the flexibility is worth it.
I ran a 140mm talas on my Spark for the BC bike race... aside from the Joplin, it was the best thing I could have done.
Of the 32's I've used:
Talas RLC 140, Talas RLC 150, F100RLC, F120RLC, F100X
they've all been great but I didn't get on with the auto lock out black magic of the terralogic fork;)
if the float rl has FIT damping then get that, they're supposedly great forks.
Nope, I'd go for a RockShox fork
Aye the new 150mm rev is a cracker apparently
