Is this available as a frame only option? I have some really nice kit waiting for a frame and i really like the look of these bikes so thought i would see if i can get a frame only. anyone know anywhere doing it frame only or is it a case of talking nicely to my LBS to see if they will strip a complete bike down for me?
Trek dont do frame only so yes would have to be a buy a complete bike and strip it down although you shouldnt have no problem selling the components.

They only do a few as framesets, the fuel EX frameset being the carbon fibre one, not the full aluminium one. The 2008 one was £1700 RRP (2009 one being £2000), so there maybe some discounts kicking about.
