I appear to have pringled my ti chainring on my SS, it is not too severe and i was wondering if i could straighten it, using a variable pressure adjustment tool? (hammer), has anyone got any expereince or advice, cheers all

I'd try an adjustable spanner first.

Then the variable pressure adjustment tool.

Your LBS should have a chainring straightener... we also have a tool that bends your chainring teeth back with out snapping them.... hopfully. It's simaler to what they us for saw blades... 😉
