can anyone help,
What Q factor GXP XX1 Crankset should i use for my 2010 heckler ?
156 or 168 ???
a brief explanation might help too

168 I suspect.
It's the distance between the inside faces of the crank arms, too narrow and it might not clear swing arms and the like of FS frames. most bikes have the 168 size. It's a train of thought that racer types like narrow Q factors for peddling efficiency. I don't however!

Don't think so. Most of the cranks don't even come with a pre installed ring anymore.
