I've worn through after 5 years the thick clear glued on film on the arms of my X1 carbon cranks.

All the ones I can find are thin aftermarket copies.

Anyone know where I can find OEM thickness 'film'

Have you tried slik graphics. Checking the website they still do them. I got 2 pairs 1 for sram and 1 for race face. They are thick a bit like heli tape. The race face aren’t fitted. I’ll get calipers out and measure thickness.
