Anyone got a good route near Harrogate? Ideally technical and about 20 miles long.

Thanks

Want more a ride than a play session, plus the top half will be very wet at stainburn.

If you head over to Pateley Bridge you could do the route up around the reservoirs. I don't think any route outside a trail centre will give you 20 miles of technical challenges, but there are a couple of tricky descents and tough technical climbing too as I recall.

Done that route many times before, its a good classic ride but best saved for a warm sunny day.

I want to do a new ride on saturday but not too far from home. The trail centres are quite far away and imo not worth the drive for just the day.

Ilkley moor?? Took my 29er up there last week, wasn't too boggy either.

I do like Ilkley moor but discounted it on boggyness.
