Shimano for cheap, or White Industries for nice rebuildable (from Sideways probably best deal).

Buy cheap buy twice (+2) = W.I. for longevity in mud.

Picked up a handbuilt wheel last week from Mr Sideways. BLACK White hub, BLACK spokes, BLACK UST rim, silver White freewheel that he offered to colour in BLACK with a felt tip pen for free. LUVLY.

WI, it'll make your wallet lighter and has the added bonus of the best clicking sound in the world

If you ride anywhere muddy than a non-sealed (BMX) freewheel will ingest mud and sieze.

I've exploded cheaper ones which isn't a comfortable experience... ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
