Anyone used these? Been waiting 12 days for my new bars, no response to e-mails so phoned up. Been waiting for a call back for 3 hours now.
Anyone had similar experiences or is it a one off? (Has been xmas after all!)

They say they are the "UKs no.1 Mountain, road and BMX online bike store"
Now I cant believe that, and it would put me off buying from them. Especially as I have never heard of them.
