I bought one of those Titus El Chulo frames from PX just after Christmas. It didn't seem to come with any sort of grommet for the hole in the seat tube where a dropper post can get routed. So I raised a support ticket, and they said they'd send one out. No sign of it at a fortnight so I rang last week. They said they'd send one out. They didn't. So I ring again today, and am now told that these frames don't come with a grommet for the seatpost. I'm told I should use Sugru!
I know it was a bargain frame, but surely it's to be expected that a frame would come with the right bits to fill the holes in them?
Any one else with an El Chulo able to confirm if theirs did/didn't come with one?
No uncommon from other frames i've bought. Just use eBay ones and cut to fit.
