nothing!

maybe bike bags keep the cog in the center of the frame, rather than hanging the weight off the back/front.
for off road riding that gotta be a good thing?

Track bikes don't have rack mounts.

nor brakes....

but lots of single speeds have mounts mine has for mudguards and a rack
