Basically an oil change. How much to put in to each leg and what weight?
Also is there the risk of the rebound damper rod separating from the top bolt? I had this problem whilst servicing some 05 Z1 FRs and no matter what could I get the damper rod assembly to stay connected 😕

pretty sure most marz forks use 7.5wt. what year are the forks?
